A place where they will up charge you through the roof if you are using insurance and will easily turn on you if you proceed to not purchase from them. I have been in the store and have seen the owner yell inappropriate language at a customer without giving any thought to how unprofessional it made the establishment look. All in all take your money elsewhere .

I've spent about $900 on a pair of glasses. Made three trips to the store. Still DO NOT HAVE THE GLASSES. Huge waste of my time and money. Wouldn't recommend it. Hope I get my glasses eventually... Today, dealt with a girl who seemed to know glasses, but the guys have been totally untrained.

Come see Chelsea!!! I cant even explain how helpful she was! I mean truly the epitome of outstanding service! I changed my mind 100 times picked so many frames and she gave her 100% honest opinion. You can tell the employees arent here to meet a quota but to actually assist you. They have a great selection of quality brands too!

Very disappointing. We drove out of our way to go here during business hours. A sign on their front door and their website states they are open 12-5 on Sunday, but no one was there and the doors were locked at 3 pm.
